Fellowship Hall Availability

Our fellowship hall is available for church events, family gatherings, and community celebrations. Whether you're planning a wedding reception, birthday party, or ministry event, we'd love to host you.

About the Space

  • Capacity: 160 seated

  • Amenities: Full kitchen, tables and chairs, sound system

  • Accessibility: Handicap accessible

Who Can Reserve the Hall

  • Active Lone Oak Baptist Church members

  • Active participants (those who have regularly attended for at least 6 consecutive months)

Availability & Schedule

Reservations must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Saturday events must begin no later than 3 p.m. and conclude by 6:30 p.m. unless special permission is granted by the Deacon Board.

Usage Fees

  • Church or family functions: FREE (you're responsible for cleaning and returning furniture to original positions)

  • Non-church or non-family functions: $75 janitorial fee (requires Deacon Board approval)

Facility Rules

  • Only electronic (flameless) candles permitted

  • No smoking, alcohol, or dancing

  • Decorations must be removed immediately after your event

  • All furniture must be returned to original positions

  • Access for decorating requires 48-hour notice to a Trustee
