CHURCH CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

JOURNEY THROUGH BETHLEHEM - TODAY there will be a meeting immediately after morning service in Jane Cagle’s Sunday School classroom. Cannon Cervantez needs volunteers! Our youth is stepping up and using their gifts to serve the LORD and that is huge! Let’s support their efforts. THERE’S A JOB FOR YOU! Would you be willing to help?

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH we will sort Operation Christmas Child items beginning at 10:00 a.m. and the packing party will be Wednesday, November 11th at 6:00 p.m.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 29TH AT 6:00 P.M. - WE WILL BE DECORATING THE CHRISTMAS TREE. This will be the 6th year of the tradition at Lone Oak. Each person is asked to bring an ornament. This is a very inspirational service. Please make plans to join us as we all gather together to decorate the Lone Oak Baptist Church family Christmas tree. If you left your ornament from last year, it will be on a table for you to pick up that day.

SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER MEETING - Join us every Sunday morning at 9:15 a.m. in the sanctuary for a time of prayer before Sunday School. Everyone is welcome to come and pray with us.

Are you interested in being part of the “Walk Through Christmas Program?” This is for ALL ages. See Cannon Cervantez at church.

ARE YOU GETTING EMAILS FROM CHURCH? If not, please call or text Donna Moore with your email address and she will get you added: (618) 521-4772.

DO YOU HAVE AN ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, OR NAME CHANGE? Text Vickie Plumlee (618) 889-6577 so she can update the online directory. ‍ ‍ INTERESTED IN CHURCH MEMBERSHIP? ‍ ‍Would you like to become a member of Lone Oak Baptist Church? Please meet with Pastor Corey Black. He will answer any questions you might have before joining, and a copy of the church covenant will be provided to you. We praise God for your seeking where you should serve.

There will be a container in the foyer of the church for white sheets if anyone has any they no longer use and would like to donate them for the Ladies Retreat. Thank you!

LADIES WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY meets every Tuesday morning in the Fellowship Hall from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. taught by Sandy McCluskie. All ladies are invited and encouraged to attend!

END TIME REVELATION REVEALED BIBLE STUDY WITH JAKE WHITT - The weekly Bible study has been completed and monthly meetings will begin sometime in November. Date and time will be announced.

In reverence for the LORD's house, please no food or drinks in the sanctuary. ‍‍

THERE IS A CONTAINER FOR ANY CAN GOODS THAT WILL GO TO THE HERRIN PANTRY. IF THEY ARE OUTDATED, THEY CAN STILL BE ACCEPTED.

Sue Palomba took a couple of pictures to share from the Fall Fest last Sunday evening. Thanks, Sue!
