TEACHING CHILDREN’S CHURCH TODAY:Josh Bailie Children's Church (ages 4–6th grade) is held during Morning Worship in the Fellowship Hall.

CHURCH CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

PENNY MARCH THIS MORNING - The children march to the front of the church bringing your coins or dollar donations. THANK YOU!‍ ‍This is our Ecuador Mission donations.  We support a small church in Ecuador that has a growing AWANA program.  This helps purchase the AWANA material and provides a snack for all attending children. In the past years we have supported them which has helped this program to grow considerably.  They walk to the church for service and some of them walk many miles.

ENDTIME REVELATION REVEALED BIBLE STUDY - Jake Whitt will begin this study on Monday, April 20th at 6:30 p.m. and it will continue every Monday until the study is completed. They will meet in the Fellowship Hall.

A Wedding Shower for Becca Hovatter and Noah Drummond is planned for Sunday, April 26th at 4:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. They are registered at Target. Blessings for this sweet couple.

Ladies Weekly Bible Study meets every Tuesday morning in the Fellowship Hall from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. taught by Sandy McCluskie. All ladies are invited and encouraged to attend!

  • Elaine Holder went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, April 8th - please remember her family.

  • Kelly Childers has a scan tomorrow, Monday, April 13th to see if cancer is gone and surgery is scheduled for May 1st

  • Ray Ward (Linda Ellery's brother) — In VA Hospital with hospice care.

  • David Fanning had thyroid surgery Thursday, April 9th, and it was more extensive than they thought but believe it was successful

  • Ed Penninger fell Friday morning and is bruised and sore

  • Janet Kippen fell Saturday and broke 3 ribs and has a hematoma on back of her head and is in some pain

  • Vivian Snyder (around 5 years old, Chris and Brittney's daughter) Vivian comes to AWANA on Wednesday nights. She has been through a lot but is doing good now! Thank you everyone for your prayers! Please continue to keep Vivian in your prayers for complete healing!

  • Kim Fanning's dad, Jim Neisz— Had bladder surgery and is now undergoing treatment for the next 5 weeks

  • Darla Bayles — still in rehab at St. Joseph Hospital in Murphysboro (Room 236) - it’s a slow process but getting better. Welcomes visitors

  • Susie Tanner's nephew-in-law, Tryston got out last Sunday and was scheduled to fly back to the states from Bahrain. Thanks to everyone for their prayers for safety during the bombing.

  • Sandy McCluskie's nephew, Tim Wear — Had a heart attack and is doing fine now

  • Judy Cluster (Linda Ellery's niece's friend)— She fell and is out of ICU but is still having a lot of problems

  • Susie Tanner’s granddaughter, Ava - prayers for God to intervene in her life

  • John Hester still needs prayer

  • Art Woodcock is better and wants to thank everyone for their prayers

  • Sue Tanner — Still having back pain and has other health issues

  • Melissa Knowles - prayers for healing

  • Anthony McKinney is still in a lot of pain and awaiting appointment with neurologist in May

  • Don Johnson had a stroke and needs prayer

  • Caryn Humphrey’s brother, Carl Irby is home but still needs prayer

  • Jonette's daughter, Tina Alyea — Came through her back surgery well

  • Lee O'Keefe's granddaughter Celeste — Lives in Bahrain off the coast of Saudi Arabia - continued prayers for safety for her and her family

  • Ron and Susan Barnett — Both are in rehab.

  • Kati Gunter's grandma — Serious health issues.

  • Brenda Miller — Still in need of a kidney.

  • Nathan Elders' co-worker— 18 years old, received a cancer diagnosis.

  • Karen Smith — Needing prayers.

  • David Shirley — In need of prayer.

  • Terri Cagle's close friend — Had cancer, it returned and has gone to her spine and her co-worker's husband has dementia and has tough decisions to make.

  • Brenda Wallace's sister, Jeanie — In need of prayers.

  • Mike Elder's sister, brother-in-law, and step-mom — All fighting cancer ‍ ‍
